I do that all the time, at coffee shops, malls, libraries, apartment complexes... I should say most of the time i was lucky to find at least one or two wireless networks thats are open or with default WEP keys. I have even found wireless networks as Linksys, Dlink, Netgear and at times these wireless routers admin password would be the defaults too!!
When it comes to any immigration news it does bring in lot of attention from people and I always used to enjoy the rants and raves those article receives. Recently such an article was posted on Washington post and a kind user dug it at digg.com you should check out the comments posted by digg users, don't miss it.
Some complain that immigrants steal their job, some say they have created so many jobs, started new companies, some argue immigrants pay taxes which the government uses to spend on its citizens… so many arguments favoring and not favoring immigrants. Even me been an immigrant have arguments favoring and not favoring this subject.
We used to have a proverb in Tamil and it goes like this "Even a grass can a weapon to a smart one" hard to belive it right! the fine grass blade if used properly can cut the vain and which could be lethal. Ok how come a innocent looking news paper can be lethal? It can become lethal when it is rolled tightly and folded into half to form a cosh. It can also be used as along with a pencil, nail, pennies or even when it is made wet to add more weight and it can be more lethal.
Psst.. don't let home land security know about this, they may say 'No more news paper allowed' while flying
A friend of mine used to quote "Why buy some thing for $10 when you can get it for $5" it is commensense but how many times have we found out that some thing we brought was available for a less price? I should say it also taken time, patience, persuasion to scan through all those online coupons, search enginers, shoppers forum... but still it happens. For people who live frugal Smartmoney has some nice tips on saving money by purchasing things on certain days. You can check this useful link here
Technology is advancing so much and it is improving the battery life on laptops at the same time applications are advancing and consuming more battery power. Battery life on my laptops was always an issue for me. I have tried to upgrade to 9 cell lithium batteries, replaced my DVD driver with an additional battery, man it was never enough!!
All these days i was thinking only hardware changes could help improve the battery life until i read this article. I should say it did help some but I am still a unsatisfied one when it comes to laptops and battery life
